It's said that Old ways never open new doors , Certainly! This is a reminder for our personal growth,making changes for behavior and the habits we carry in day to day life !
Making Changes,is a call to action to take responsibility for our lives and achieve the positive changes we're suppose to have for a bright days ahead. It's a simple yet powerful concept needed to be applied at situations,goals,tasks and what not !
We all are dreamers, wanting to change the world,with a great vision but never really had the clue of the process ,or the initial steps.
The biggest enemy that hurdles me throughout my process of growth is my unachievable mastering in procrastination 🌝 believe me I'm not proud of it but it's really difficult to break this chain and find a healthy path to productivity. I've envisioned so many great things for me, but somehow I'm struggling to adapt those tiny habits which will give the desired goals.

Here's what we can do to break this vicious cycle, One of my goal this year was to lose weight,look pretty,fit into clothes i love but above of all get my health and hormones in a better state ! Just don't start everything with a speed of 100,take small baby steps and keep one goal at a time. Start today with just adding salad to your,next day add 10 mins of walking,next week try eating clean , excercise 10-15 mins a day and combine all this small changes to give a big CHANGE in your body and the change you always wanted for your growth 🤎
Just like that,we all want so much more in our lives,be at a better place emotionally, physically and socially,try making small changes every day. Start things at small pace , adapt yourselves to that and receive the miracles !
